Yep, I got it last year... amazing deal if you plan on using at least one day at Silverton, and a damn good deal otherwise if you don't. Last year it had 5 days at Loveland (instead of Taos) so it was even better for Front Rangers.

I don't understand why they won't go regular Thu - Sun schedule during the holiday weeks.

Last Christmas there were a ton of people there despite meh snow conditions.

Making the trip all the way down there for just 2 days doesn't really make sense for the "tourists."

    From Silverton Mountain:

ONE WEEK TO SECURE YOUR SEASON PASS BEFORE PRICES INCREASE.

The unguided season runs from March 12th until April 13th, 2025 and a season pass is the best way to access the mountain this spring. We’re keeping it simple this year, with three passes to choose from. Our Base Pass remains mostly unchanged, with a discounted heli run for all passholders, but we will be limiting the total quantity for the coming season. The Premium Pass now contains all the upgrades, with partner mountain days, two discounted heli runs, and standby skiing during the guided season. We’ve also dropped the cost of the Kids Pass for this coming season, because Silverton is for the kids.

Was 14/15 the last early season unguided? I did early unguided in 2011 & 2012, but kind thought they had gotten rid of it ~2013... but I guess I was wrong!

Anyone who is going to be coming through this season hit me up!

Had a couple Silverton unguided passes back in the day, problem was the guides kept trying to have us arrested when we barely ducked the ropes. My buddy did get nabbed by the guide who called the sheriff. but we hid in the woods and then changed into our coats which we brought in anticipation of being in trouble. Fun shenanigans.

Can't fault effective marketing. Already bought my pass. Anyone else?
